That's it. I've followed my sister-in-law into blogging. Simply because I cannot, not for one second, consider spending one more evening watching RPGs.
Here is a list of my attempts to amuse myself thus far;
Knitting - tried, temporarily succeeded, but no longer distracts me due to difficulty of projects.
Kindle - only available with full lighting (therefore RPG avoidance fail)
Reading real books - see above.
Tormenting the dogs - they're just no fun once they're fed.
Christmas shopping - involves money. Lots of it.
Texting - there are only so many people willing to contact you repeatedly over several hours without getting bored themselves.
Facebook - sigh....
Calling my mother - busy.
Calling my father - not busy. Passed me back to my mother anyway.
Currently, Matt is trotting around in a vampire's cave, stealing money from a candle lit and cobweb encrusted table. Vampires leave a lot of money just lying around it would appear. He has an axe that, when used, not only hacks at those on the receiving end of it, but also engulfs them in a ball of flame. Amazingly, those attacked still take several minutes to kill. Personally, if a 6 foot 2 Yorkshireman with a flaming axe was marauding towards me with his cronies, I'd already be running in the opposite direction.
